We specialize in handcrafted Argentine tango shoes, dance footwear, tango boots, and custom-made shoes, carefully produced in Türkiye.

We are committed to providing reliable shipping services and a smooth international shopping experience.

2. Production & Processing Times

Every pair of DNA Tango Shoes is prepared with attention to craftsmanship, quality, comfort, and detail.

In-Stock Products:
Ready-to-ship footwear is normally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order Products:
Shoes manufactured after an order is placed are normally produced and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Custom-Made & Personalized Footwear:
Shoes requiring individual measurements, special fitting adjustments, or personalized design details may require additional production time. Any different production timeframe will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays in Türkiye.

Please note that production and processing times do not include shipping transit times.

5. Worldwide Shipping

International orders may be shipped using DHL or PTT Cargo, depending on service availability and destination requirements.

Actual transit times vary depending on the country, customs clearance, local transportation conditions, and selected carrier.

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as part of the order.

10. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

DNA Tango Shoes takes care to prepare and package footwear for transportation.

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or does not arrive as expected, please contact our customer service team.

We recommend providing your order number and any available photographs to help us review the issue efficiently.

Providing photographs is not a mandatory condition for exercising statutory consumer rights.

The Seller remains responsible for transportation risks until delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

11. Return Shipping – DHL

DHL is our designated return shipping carrier.

Customers wishing to exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right should contact DNA Tango Shoes for return shipping instructions.

For qualifying returns under Turkish distance-selling legislation, consumers will not be charged return shipping costs when using the designated DHL return service.

If DHL return service is not reasonably accessible at the customer's location, we will arrange a legally compliant alternative where required.

Voluntary exchanges and returns outside statutory rights may be subject to separately agreed shipping arrangements.
