2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the online sale and delivery of products purchased through www.dnatangoshoes.com.

DNA Tango Shoes specializes in handcrafted Argentine tango shoes, dance footwear, tango boots, bridal footwear, and individually customized shoes.

This Agreement is prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, and other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to international buyers remain unaffected.

3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION

The products purchased by the Buyer are identified in the order confirmation and Pre-Contract Information Form.

Each order includes, where applicable:

• Product name and model

• Shoe size

• Leather material and color

• Heel type and height

• Sole specifications

• Custom measurements or design requirements

• Quantity

• Product price and currency

• Applicable taxes

• Shipping charges

• Additional mandatory charges, if any

• Total amount payable

• Payment method

• Estimated production and delivery period

Order-specific information forms an integral part of this Agreement.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

The total payable amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges collected by the Seller, will be communicated before the Buyer confirms the order.

Payments may be processed through iyzico or other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

Order confirmation is subject to successful payment authorization and applicable legal requirements.

DNA Tango Shoes reserves the right to correct pricing or technical errors in accordance with applicable law. Confirmed orders will not be unilaterally changed in violation of mandatory consumer rights.

5. PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIMES

DNA Tango Shoes offers both in-stock and made-to-order footwear.

In-Stock Products: Normally prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order Products: Normally manufactured and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Individually Customized Products: Production times may vary depending on personal measurements, fitting adjustments, and design requirements. Any different production timeframe will be agreed before order confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays in Türkiye.

Preparation periods do not include shipping transit times.

The Seller remains responsible for fulfilling the order within the agreed delivery period and the applicable statutory limits.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DNA Tango Shoes uses DHL and PTT Cargo for domestic and international shipments, subject to destination and service availability.

The selected shipping method, applicable shipping fees, and delivery information are communicated before purchase.

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer.

The Buyer should provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Until the goods are delivered to the Buyer or the person designated by the Buyer, transportation risks remain with the Seller, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Except where a statutory exception applies, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a qualifying distance purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving a reason or paying a penalty.

The withdrawal right may also be exercised before delivery.

To exercise this right, the Buyer may send a clear withdrawal notification to:

The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notification unless the Seller has offered to collect them.

Withdrawal notifications may also be submitted through other legally accepted written or durable-medium methods.

8. CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALIZED FOOTWEAR

DNA Tango Shoes offers footwear manufactured according to individual customer requirements.

Products genuinely prepared according to the Buyer's personal measurements, specific fitting needs, or individually requested design specifications may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.

The selection of a standard shoe size, regular heel option, or existing catalog variation does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.

Where a legal exception applies, the Buyer will be informed before confirming the order.

This exception does not eliminate statutory remedies for defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.

9. RETURNS AND DHL RETURN SHIPPING

Our designated return shipping carrier is DHL.

For qualifying withdrawals under Turkish distance-selling rules, the Buyer will not be charged return shipping costs when using the designated DHL return service.

The Buyer may contact our customer service team to receive return shipping instructions.

Where DHL is not reasonably accessible, legally required alternative return arrangements will be provided.

10. REFUNDS

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal deadlines.

Under Turkish distance-selling rules, the Seller must refund the amounts required by law within 14 days.

For returned goods, this period begins when the Buyer hands the goods to the designated return carrier.

If the Buyer uses a different carrier, the period begins when the returned goods reach the Seller.

For a withdrawal made before delivery, the period begins when the withdrawal notification reaches the Seller.

Refunds will include eligible original delivery charges and other amounts required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using a method compatible with the original payment instrument, without additional charges to the Buyer.

11. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If a product is defective, damaged, or different from the agreed order specifications, the Buyer retains all applicable statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these rights may include:

• Free repair

• Replacement with a conforming product

• Appropriate price reduction

• Withdrawal from the contract and refund

The fact that footwear was individually customized does not remove the Buyer's statutory rights regarding defective products.

12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

DNA Tango Shoes offers international shipping to supported destinations.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges are payable by the Buyer, responsibility will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the Buyer's country of residence remain applicable where required.

13. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided during checkout may be processed for order management, payment administration, production, delivery, invoicing, and customer service.

Personal information is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other applicable data protection legislation.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to the applicable provisions of Turkish consumer protection legislation.

Depending on the nature and monetary value of the dispute, competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts may have jurisdiction.

Mandatory mediation requirements apply where prescribed by law.

International Buyers retain any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictional protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. ACCEPTANCE AND ENTRY INTO FORCE

Before confirming a purchase, the Buyer must be provided with the required Pre-Contract Information and access to the applicable Distance Sales Agreement.

The Buyer must be clearly informed that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

The order-specific Agreement takes effect upon completion of the legally required acceptance and ordering process.

A record of the applicable Agreement and Pre-Contract Information must be retained and provided to the Buyer through a legally acceptable durable medium.
