Individually Customized Products:

Preparation times do not include shipping transit times.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DNA Tango Shoes offers delivery within Türkiye and international shipping to supported destinations.

10. CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

DNA Tango Shoes offers individually customized footwear.

Products genuinely manufactured according to a customer's individual foot measurements, specific fitting requirements, or personalized design instructions may qualify for an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.

Selecting an ordinary shoe size, standard heel height, or existing catalog option does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.

Where an exception applies, customers will be clearly informed before completing their purchase.

This exception does not affect statutory consumer rights in cases involving defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.

11. RETURN SHIPPING – DHL

DHL is the designated return shipping carrier for qualifying statutory withdrawal returns.

Customers wishing to return an eligible product should contact DNA Tango Shoes to receive DHL return instructions.

Under applicable Turkish distance-selling legislation, consumers will not be charged return shipping costs when using the designated DHL return service.

If the designated DHL return service is unavailable at the customer's location, the Seller will arrange a legally compliant alternative without additional return shipping charges where required by law.

12. REFUND CONDITIONS

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds are processed according to applicable legal requirements.

Under Turkish distance-selling legislation, the statutory refund period is 14 days.

For returned goods, the refund period begins when the goods are handed to the designated return carrier.
