Customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees are non-refundable.

• Once the item has been received and inspected, approved exchanges will be processed within 3–10 business days.

• If the requested replacement item is out of stock, customers may choose an alternative product or, where applicable, a refund.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are not covered as part of the exchange process.

• Estimated Production Time

  Orders are prepared for shipment once the production process has been completed.
